Hi,
Based on your provided video and Sophos KB I tried to create provisioning file with .pro extension with below contents

]
But as soon as I try to connect it gives "Failed to load policy" error.
Kindly advise.
Is the user portal reachable on port 443?

Hi Manish Chawda: Please try with below:
Run cmd as an Administrator then run the following two commands.
net stop scvpn
net start scvpn
After the above check the status and If the above doesn't help, restart the end machine and check the status again.
