How Do I Delete Sophos DDNS?

Question

Hi, 
 With the demise of the Sophos DDNS service, I've added another DDNS service. I'm trying to delete the Sophos DDNS entry but it fails with the error " DDNS service is temporarily unavailable." How do I delete this Sophos entry?

Hello Brian, 
 I sent this to GES, they provided a Work Around. 
 You can access the DDNS you have configured that is using Sophos, then select a different provider (anyone) enter any incorrect credentials, and click save, after that you&rsquo;ll get a notification saying it was successful, after that select the record again and try to delete and the entry should be deleted.

Hi, I was able to delete the entry from the DDNS list but the XG is still trying to update the Sophos DDNS. DDNS update for host xxxxxx.myfirewall.co was Failed. Last Updated with IP: x.x.x.x.Failure Reason: DDNS service unavailable. 
 
 The wingc restart appears to have fixed it.

 Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community. 
 I was able to replicate the same error, I'd recommend you to update your case and submit the following logs: 
 applog.log, csc.log (in debug mode) 
 And a screenshot of your DDNS. 
 Also, it might work if you try to restart the WingC service, just give it a try and mention in the ticket that it doesn't resolve your issue if it doesn't 
 # service wingc:restart -ds nosync
