dows anyone ever worked with Webserver protection and bigbluebutton?
I´ve created a new webserver (https) and called everything that comes to bbb.domain.com go to my internal bbb server.
So far so good, I can login, I can browse BUT when I am going to start a meeting its loading and loading and after couple of minutes it will timeout.
Do I have to make a special configuration for it? I also opend the UDP Ports ...

On the WAF Policy, can you try to enable "Pass Host Header", then enable "Path-specific routing", after it there will be an option of "WebSocket Passthrough" - which you will need to enable in order to the WAF to pass WebSocket connections over BBB. (It's necessary for the meetings.)

have you checked these Ports?
not having this service in our network but users that are using them externally.
These are the ports we needed to open outbound to get it working.
