Whatsapp calls working on LAN but not on Sophos Wireless network

There is no difference, but this what i am facing within my network that on LAN and Wi-fi Whats-App Desktop App is working but on wi-fi, mobile app is not working. Specially Android to Android devices. I am unable to find the root cause.

I've had the same problem with my iPhones...the iPhone app uses different ports when connecting to the What's App servers.  Check the ports in the logs and go from there.
