Sky Now app not working on Sophos XG

According to the logs its being blocked

But I've added that IP as the source device to a firewall rule with"Allow all" web filtering policy. Also unchecked "Scan HTTP and decrypted HTTPS".

I also added a web exception to that IP for HTTPS decryption, HTTPS certificate validation, Malware and content scanning, Zero-day protection, Policy checks.

    I am beginning to suspect that there is an issue with the last two or three releases of the XG software because on  a brand new device with one suers I was seeing number of those and unable to associate errors.

    Not sure where to take this issue next except if you are business licences user you could create a support case.
