You need to specify OTP first. Your screenshot is a OTP screenshot.

BTW: No need to hide the account/secrets, as those information are stored in the QR Code. You should remove the Screenshot.

Thanks for your fast reply! i already scanned the QR code with the Sophos Authenticator, but if click on "proceed to login" it just loggs me out, if i try again, the same MFA windows pops up.

this is my OTP config:

You need to login with username / password+OTP like    Test/Password123456   (123456 is the OTP token).

This should give you the initial login. After the initial login, the appliance register your OTP is valid and you can proceed.
