As our firewall in the HA is defective, we have been sent a replacement device from Sophos. However, we have the problem that the wrong firmware is installed on the firewall and we are now asking ourselves how we can get SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3. We need this firmware because we want to continue to operate an HA but cannot update our primary firewall at the moment.
Is it possible to download an old firmware version or does it have to be installed by Sopphos support?
Is there a way to display the build version of the current firmware?
I only see 18.0.3 MR-3 but not which build version is used.
