INTERNET CONNECTIVITY TIMEOUT ON MY SOPHOS XG135

Good Day,

Please I have sophos XG135 Device which have been Configured for use in the Office. Computers in the office connects to it through LAN Cable and wireless access points . Users were uploaded from the cyberoam device to it. Every user make use of their Login to access the Internet. At some point, computers would not be able to access the internet . A ping from any of the system to the default gateway of the sophos used to reply.

How do I overcome this challenge.

    When the issue is happening are you seeing a Ping reply from the LAN or  WAN interface or a Public IP such as 8.8.8.8 from one of the devices that lose internet access?
