I'm using a XG230 Firewall with 18.0.5.
Till last thursday I could see on the control center the cloud application usage.
But now it shows nothing and on Applications/Cloud applications it shows:
No records found
For cloud traffic reporting, use the following firewall and SSL/TLS rule settings:
Basic: Turn on Log firewall traffic for visiblity and bytes transferred.
Detailed: Turn on SSL/TLS decryption and select a web policy other than "None".
If I change the reportdate, I could see the usage...till 4th november 2021
But both are switched on and till last thursday I could see the usage.
I did not make update or so ...
On our second Firewall XG115 everything is normal and it shows also cloud usage
Any idea what happened?
