With SSL/ TLS inspection turned on, IOS apps not working well

With SSL/ TLS turned on, my mobile banking apps don't allow me to sign in, it says connection error. As soon as it's turned off, I am able to login. 2 mobile banking apps exhibit similar behavior.

Chat App Viber will not allow sending of attachments. Turning inspection off immediately goes back to normal.

I looked at Fixing errors, but the error isn't displayed.

How do I fix this?

Hi,

you need to exempt all Apple sites from inspection and some of the other sites used by Apple devices. I am still working through getting IPv6 Apple device access working correctly.

Is this under Web exceptions? Even if it's the mobile banking app that's having issue? Can we trace what sites we need to put exceptions?

No, you add in the SSL/TLS scanning profile which has do not decrypt and maximum compatibility.

There is a user collection where you add your url.
