Sophos XG310 firewalls stuck in boot process

This is not a boot password, instead this should be the admin password of the OS. Looks like the OS can start. But you should create a RMA to replace this appliance via Support. 

Thanks for the reply. I will try to input admin password. this error happened on bothfirewalls which are in cluster. It is hard for me to accept that both have hardware failure, 

BTW: How long did you not reboot /update the firewalls? Because linux is very good in "working" still on faulty hardware but rebooting as a process most likely kills the hardware. Notice this by rebooting two ESXi Server recently. Both died and could not come up anymore. 

So it could be an issue for a long time and with the reboot event, the appliances struggled to get up. 

I'm sure I've had something similar and it was a disk failure. Whatever it really is that looks to me like a RMA to me.

current situation - I can not input password because right after the boot starts, keyboard goes inactive. 

before that, I can keyboard is recognized nad I can access BIOS. 

do you know how can I bypass this problem with password input?

I assume, this hardware is dead. You could try to reimage the appliance or create a RMA case to get new appliances. 

As LuCar Toni said, it seems the hardware has an issue. Strange it's on both appliances though. I would try to reimage them. If that doesn't work, change the SSD out if they are not under warranty. If they are, open a case and RMA the units.

What Rev are the appliances? There was an issue with some appliances and the firmware on the SSD's. I will try to find the article.
