Hello,
we have a problem with the ftp backup. 2 times the same ftp server is used with exactly the same settings. however, the ftp server cannot be reached from a firewall and ping and traceroute are also not possible. What settings can we check with regard to the FTP backup function?
We get this error message:
Backup could not be sent due to incorrect server configuration
