FTP Backup

Sounds like a configuration issue with your XG backup setup.

We have checked the FTP configuration at both sites and it is identical. Once it works and at the other XG Firewall it does not work and the FTP server cannot be reached. A strange problem.

Please post a copy of the firewall rule that is causing the issue. Where does the error come from?

The traffic is to be routed via the VPN rule. We have stored the required networks here.

Which version of XG software are you running?

Hi,

first thing, I recommend you update to at least v17.5.15 or MR-16 then consider going to v18.5..x because v17.5.x is going end of life and you will not get support for v17.5.20.
