Upgrading sophos XGfirewall firmware

Hi All

I have sophos XG firewall and the sophos asks me to upgrade to SF 18.0 MR6-Build655. if I automatically upgrade the firmware I loose my configuration so how could I upgrade with the minimal effort so that I do not create each and every rule and configuration please help me?

    At boot time you are asked to select the version you want to run or you can do it in the gui firmware tab.

    rolling back is not really a good idea because your version is going end of life eg no updates.
