Problem sending or creating backup via email after uploading a backup on XG

After a problem on the HD, I reinstalled the XG firewall and used the last backup I had, after uploading the backup I can't generate or change the backup anymore. I get the message "Backup could not be sent due to incorrect server configuration" but the email server is ok because I get the notifications I programmed if I try to save the backup locally
 I get the message "Update backup schedule settings failed" I need help solving this problem.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    can you run the following command from the Advanced Shell of the XG so CSC is in debug mode:

    # csc custom debug 

    After this, please tail the log tail -f /log/csc.log

    and try to replicate the issue.

    Once you get the error in the GUI, press CTRL + C on your keyboard so the log stops filling the screen, and then stop the CSC debug by entering 

    # csc customer debug

    Then see if you can find any clue that points to any error, at the time you see the error in the GUI.

  •  Thank you for your help. I was able to find the error. I will describe it here if someone needs it, it will get big because I will describe all the steps to the solution. After uploading the backup after the problem on the HD and the reinstallation I needed to validate all the VPN user credentials (I put this step because it is essential in the final solution), when I say validate I just entered the user and saved and I didn't make any changes, because the same could not connect, on account. After running the command described above by my friend emmosophos I realized that the interface was not listed in the backup he was reporting an output error and did not indicate any internet connections because of this I received the error "Backup could not be sent due to incorrect server configuration", in fact, this error was not in the configuration of the email, but because he has no connection to find the server. So I navigated to the network tab in wan link manager and just saved as I did in VPN users as I have two intrenet link I saved both, this made XG validate these two connections in the backup, releasing the change and sending it by email. I didn't think it could be that because everything else was working normally. So whenever you go back to backup, don't forget to just clear the connections so there's no problem.
