Problem sending or creating backup via email after uploading a backup on XG

After a problem on the HD, I reinstalled the XG firewall and used the last backup I had, after uploading the backup I can't generate or change the backup anymore. I get the message "Backup could not be sent due to incorrect server configuration" but the email server is ok because I get the notifications I programmed if I try to save the backup locally
 I get the message "Update backup schedule settings failed" I need help solving this problem.

  •  I need help to delete the backup configuration. Through the web consele it is not possible because any attempt to change I get the message "Update backup schedule settings failed" regardless if I use e-mail or configure local it doesn't let me change, I was thinking of doing it by CLI but I didn't find documents referring to this subject.
