New RED - Can't access LAN, just internet

Trying to figure this out with the tech docs. I finally got it connected and my tracert goes out the office WAN, great. I can't ping the LAN IP of the RED from the firewall diags nor can I ping anything in the main office. I set up a RED zone and firewall rule like in the guide.

Also, how can I set DNS servers, DNS name to hand to the clients, or better yet, have the clients pull from the LAN server DHCP? I'm hoping this is achievable.

Are the computers behind the RED able to reach out to the resources behind the XG?

Try to ping from a computer behind the XG the RED IP.

Also make sure the subnet of the RED isn’t overlapping with any other network in your Firewall.

From my tests, my laptop behind the RED could not ping servers, but the internet was working.

I just tried my laptop behind the XG and can ping the RED, but the latency is reporting sub 1ms so that doesn't seem right to me. I woudl expect over 20Ms.

The RED subnet isn't overlapping.
