XG Port Forwarding

Am I wrong or ist XG a pain in the a...?

I try to forward a simple TCP Port for Synologys Hyper Backup, but the Port stays closed whatever I do.

I use the Server Access Assistant:

I think the Assistant is that simple, what do I do wrong?

  • Good day!

DNAT - Port forwarding looks fine.
Service : Hyperbackup which you've created which need to re-check again.

Which port you have opened? TCP or UDP or Both?

For example: TCP/UDP 8880 -- It should be configured like TCP Source should be any and destination port should be 8880 and add again with UAD with same details.

Is there any traffic heating on DNAT Firewall rule?

Please check the firewall rule and NAT Policy Rule order and resuffle it if needed.
