XG Port Forwarding

Are you seeing the traffic arriving to the XG using the Port on that Public IP?

Can you provide a screenshot of how you configure the service "HyperBackup"

Hi @hootsy, can you show a screenshot of the Service for the Hyper Backup to see what TCP/UDP port is in use when this is assigned to the DNAT Firewall rule?

DNAT - Port forwarding looks fine.
Service : Hyperbackup which you've created which need to re-check again.

Which port you have opened? TCP or UDP or Both?

For example: TCP/UDP 8880 -- It should be configured like TCP Source should be any and destination port should be 8880 and add again with UAD with same details.

Is there any traffic heating on DNAT Firewall rule?

Please check the firewall rule and NAT Policy Rule order and resuffle it if needed.

the issue is your port definition which has been answered further on in this thread.

So you say the source port should be 1:65535? That does not solve the issue

TCP and UDP. Also your destination is the port2 IP address should be the port2 network or your server IP address
