EMail Server is getting wrong ip while sending email.

Could you please share the screenshot of the business rule for SMTP/SMTPS? Did you create a new NAT policy with the required WAN port in advanced settings, or is it the default MASQ?

yes rule id is correct. but source ip is changed. 

do you really configure "set routing sd-wan-policy-route system-generate-traffic enable" ??

firewall is with XG210 (SFOS 17.5.12 MR-12.HF062020.1) , so there is no option of SD-WAN policy route

anyone please guide me for this issue.

Check your NAT rules.

i Think in v17 you have a linked nat rule .. created with the business rule.

Check rule order, first match wins ... so the default masquerading rule should be plated below the mail-nat-rule.

Possible within log-viewer you can see the used NAT-rule.

Sorry, I have problems with Ver17 ... never really used.

there is not linked NAT in v17.

this rule is on top. and i only using specific ip for inbound and outbound .
