Hi
I have created a firewall rule to control a specific set of end user machines.
My intention was to restrict access to YouTube and Games by a particular Windows 10 Machine to a specific timeslot(s) -e.g lunch time or after hours.
Currently this rule is at the top of my firewall rules. However, this particular machine is able to access both YouTube and Games at any time and they don't subject to the quota hours i have configured.

Please guide me on how to restrict the usage of YouTube and Games for this computer by using its' MAC address (preferred) or the IP Address.
