Router crashing (XG125) (SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586)

Hello, I'm newbie to Sophos and would like help to identify the reason for the router crash, we also noticed that internet browsing is slow in some situations, requiring a restart of the router. How can I proceed to resolve this situation?

    Additionally to what my co-worker Harsh mentioned, please clarify what you mean by "Crash" does the XG restart by itself, stops processing traffic?

    When the issue is happening, how do you notice it is happening? users lost internet connection?
