Router crashing (XG125) (SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586)

Hello, I'm newbie to Sophos and would like help to identify the reason for the router crash, we also noticed that internet browsing is slow in some situations, requiring a restart of the router. How can I proceed to resolve this situation?

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    If firewall acceleration is enabled on your firewall, please turn it off from the console and monitor the issue. 

    console>system firewall-acceleration show

    To turn off, run this command: system firewall-acceleration disable

    Hello Marlon,

    Additionally to what my co-worker Harsh mentioned, please clarify what you mean by "Crash" does the XG restart by itself, stops processing traffic?

    When the issue is happening, how do you notice it is happening? users lost internet connection?
