we get 404, 403 or 502 errors daily. We need to turn the device off and on continuously for about 40 days in this way. We cannot get support from our seller.

Are you 100% sure, there is no external Proxy in your network? Could you check on your Windows Client, if there are proxy configuration setup?

I would recommend you to open a case with support, most likely the HD is failing and corrupting the database, you might need to RMA the device.
