reverse routing

hii

I've sophos xg 310

An Aruba 8320 connected to it.

I configured on Aruba VLAN 10, 20 and 100 so that 10  and 20 can communicate to each other and 100 can access only internet.

vlans working fine.. but VLANs can not access internet through XG with VLAN gateway.

HPE Aruba says to configure Reverse Routing on XG for VLAN 10 and 20.

I don't know whats Reverse Routing and how to configure it

Please help..

Vlan 10 - 172.16.4.2/24

Vlan 20 - 172.16.5.2/24

Vlan 100 - 172.16.6.2/24

  • Please post a copy of your firewall rule. Your statement is a little confusing because the switch should be doing the routing between the VLANs.

Do you want the VLANs 10 and 20 to access the internet? Neither VLAN 10 or 20 appear on the XG for that matter neither does VLAN 100 unless you have routing enabled on the switch and the switch should be pointing at the XG for all external addresses.
