Not receiving an email with serial number after requesting Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition

After registration this is shown:

Thank you for choosing Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition

You should receive an email shortly with your evaluation serial number.

(Please note that it can take several minutes to arrive).

All other mail communication with Sophos is ok. I also used other registrations with different email addresses.

Still nothing received. 

Anyone having an idea what could be the solution?
