Packet restransmission

Hello guys, we have been facing a strange issue lately on a pc. The error we face is that the pc will refuse to open/connect to websites from time to time for a short amount of time. After investigation, we found the following:

    Yes, generally speaking, this is not an issue. Instead its rather normal and most customer disable invalid traffic logging. In my years of networking, i never faced an issue with invalid traffic. Instead it was just a symptome of another issue. 

    As you can see, in your screenshot, it looks like different ports. Most products "clean up" there connection table at the same time, killing (finish reset) all idle sessions. Products like firewalls dropping this, if they already did "the same cleanup". 

    There is basically no connection, which is idle and send traffic after 3 hours. Most (if not all) apps use keep alives.
