the firewall has closed a connection and you are seeing the PC trying to cleanup the close down connection. You might try extending the time to  live for TCP connections.ian

Yes, generally speaking, this is not an issue. Instead its rather normal and most customer disable invalid traffic logging. In my years of networking, i never faced an issue with invalid traffic. Instead it was just a symptome of another issue. 

As you can see, in your screenshot, it looks like different ports. Most products "clean up" there connection table at the same time, killing (finish reset) all idle sessions. Products like firewalls dropping this, if they already did "the same cleanup". 

There is basically no connection, which is idle and send traffic after 3 hours. Most (if not all) apps use keep alives. 

Yestarday I installed new Windows on this PC. But same Problemes again. So think the Sophos creates the problemes.

Have anyone an idea, what I can do now? Thanks.

What exactly is your issue? Because as mentioned before, thats not a problem.

The issue is that sometimes for several seconds some websites refuse to open. It happens at random times and for random domains.

When it happens, the website won't load and it won't reply to pings. DNS is resolved correctly but ping does not reply and the same problem cannot be observed on other machines.

Sounds like the pc has a faulty Nic or cable or maybe even the switch port.

I also changed the patch cables and used a other switch. But then there was the same problem again.
