sophos xg 18.0.5 MR-5 - my user based rule not working in chrome

As you can see in the image, I performed a test in the browser at the same time.
The browser on the right is mozilla, the browser on the left is chrome.
When I write user based rule in sophos xg 18.0.5, rule and web filtering are not working in chrome.
What should I do on the firewall for this?

I'd suggest installing SSL CA to your browser. Let me know if that resolves your issue.

Please post a copy of the rule that is not working. Also please check logviewer to ensure that the traffic is passing this rule.

installing certificate it works from rules but another problem appeared.
The user in the internet_full group is blocked, although web filter is allowed.

You also need to enable decrypt and scan. You also might need to limit tls to tls 1.2

Do I need to enable ssl- tls and tls 1.3 comes by default, do I have to choose 1.2?

I have 3 rules in total. After installing the certificate, 2 rules worked. but rule 1 still doesn't work and this only happens in chrome browser. very frustrating situation. What do you suggest I do?
