Problems with the BBC mobile app. via Sophos XG

Have look in logviewer applications.

Logviewer says that all is allowed - rule #17 for outgoing

but response from BBC is extremely slow. I have another rule for incoming but it shows no traffic at all.

Hi Derek,

the incoming rule is not required unless yo u have applications on your network that external people ned to access.

What is your link speed?

Try enabling the HTTP proxy with allow all in the web policy entry.
