XG FW not reachable after install/initial

Hi guys,

Seems i'm lost in config somewhere, i had to reinstall XG Home VM, tried both 18.0.1 and 18.0.5 versions.

After finishing setup, firewall is unreachable on wan and lan ports, cant ping anything until i login true console from host and use the following command:

system appliance_access enable

Can't figure out what is wrong.

    Assuming your ports are not correctly assigned. If you use this appliance_access it will enable the WAN Access. I assume, you are not having access to LAN, instead to  the WAN port. Check on Console via ifconfig Port1 and ifconfig Port2, which interface MAC are assigned and reference them to the MACs on the Vmware.

    on arp tables i can see same MAC address for both WAN and LAN interfaces on XG, as well same on Proxmox host WAN and LAN interfaces, and in VM setup is not like that, basically WAN interface MAC for VM gets bonded with both interfaces, how is that possible
