Hi community,
I have installed a RED 15 in a branch office, gave him power and a wan cable with total access to the internet. in the other side i configured our central sophos xg 310 appliance with 18.04 Version of SFOS a RED interface to connect to the red. the problem is the red led shows only POWER & SYSTEM & ROUTER & WAN in GREEN after few moments SYSTEM & ROUTER keeps rebooting.
In the log file of the router that the red is residing behind i can see that its communicate with the public address of my central XG310 where the red interface is configured. but it still offline. and th red keeps rebooting.
ANY HELP !!!!
