Sync with server failed [Status Deactivated]

Hello,

I tried to synchronize our subscription but failed "synchronization with server failed" error. Some status are "Subscribed" and the others are "Deactivated"

Firmware: SFOS 18.05 MR-5 Build586

    Please check licensing.log events on the Sophos Firewall.

    ==> Login to SSH > 5. Device Management > 3. Advanced Shell

    # tail -f /log/licensing.log

    Click 'Synchronize' button from GUI and share session output here or in PM.

    Ensure that, time & date are set correctly on the firewall.
