LTE Modem didn't respond

Hello,

on our xg Firewall we get the following error.

modem didn#t respond

if i press the connect button.

reboot, replacing etc. didn't help.

the LED in front of the XG is green.

i was searching for any pdfs, docs … for checking the Status etc. but i didn't find something.

Have someone an idea what i can do? Hope so.
