without wanting to seem to be too picky, there is no information regarding APs in the release notes.

So this should be in the Fixes for MR5 2nd Version, but what has changed in the AP firmware pulled by our XG yesterday?

There wasn’t any ap firmware in either mr-5.

Did they add the WiFi Change notes to the page and screenshot posted by yesterday? Expected this to be static release notes.

Regardless of how it was: this is intransparent.

There’s no separate release note for the access point firmware; I've provided the information shared by the product team. 

The new pattern update is available on all v18.0 and 18.5 builds, and it'll be available for all 17.5 releases, but there's no ETA.
