Well I'd say you gave the answer yourself. You may create those rules and apply them but without a license it looks like it will be ignored.

You could give it a try. You may enable a test license for the web protection. Just navigate Administration->Licensing . There is a button "Activate evaluations" . This you can do once for the modules you want to try. After that testing period the modules get deactivated.

You do not have a Home license, if the Web filter is not applied to your license.

Seems like you applied a business TRIAL, which expired. 

A Home license is a separate license (Serial number), which has every set to year 2999. 

Is it possible to apply a home license to a hardware unit ? Because when I want to activate a suscribption I don't have any choice unfortunately...

There are mechanism to do this. You need to wipe the Disk of the appliance and apply a Software appliance installation on this Hardware. 

ok that could be a good solution however at the moment I got 8Go of RAM if I switch to Sophos XG Home Edition I will be limited to only 6Go isn't it? Is it a problem for everyday use as I got internet fiber connection of 1Gbps at home ?

6gb works well, the memory usage has very little to do with link speed, but the number of firewall rules and policies you create.
