Problem IPSEC Connect after upgrade to XG 18 MR5 - False PSK

Could you confirm if SSMK(Secure Storage Master Key) is configured on your firewall?

The SSMK(Secure Storage Master Key) could encrypt the IPsec/L2TP preshared key. However, the preshared key might not be causing this issue. 

Could you please confirm if you mean to say firewall reboots or connect client application restarts/times out?

The issue(NC-72172) with the encrypted PSK for L2TP and IPsec remote access is fixed in the new refresh release of already released v18 MR5.
