Internet Frequently disconnecting in Sophos XG 210 firewall

The internet connection is disconnecting for 10 or 20 seconds. Then he comes back. but the gateway is not down. Chrome or IE does not open the page either. It refreshes after 10 seconds

we are using 2 ISP, using SD-WAN we forced to send traffic via Airtel and TATA, getting same internet disconnect, we raised ticket no of times. still didn't get permanent solutions

Please help me to fix this issue soon.. 

our firewall firmware version SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4 ,

    Hello there,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

    So it seems they changed your Failover rule to find out if the Gateway is going down, and they also found you were being affected by NC-64984 which is resolved on MR5.

    About your question, you should be able to find more information about that system on the ips.log

    hi, CPU & memory all running in normal.  i hope there is no issue in hardware. i think in my network some virus affected system is there. due to that only firewall internet getting down every 10 mins once, kinldy advice how to find that machine.. we are using sophos interceptX antivirus and we have morethan 120 systems, all running fine. i dont know how to find the affected machine
