Internet Frequently disconnecting in Sophos XG 210 firewall

The internet connection is disconnecting for 10 or 20 seconds. Then he comes back. but the gateway is not down. Chrome or IE does not open the page either. It refreshes after 10 seconds

we are using 2 ISP, using SD-WAN we forced to send traffic via Airtel and TATA, getting same internet disconnect, we raised ticket no of times. still didn't get permanent solutions

Please help me to fix this issue soon.. 

our firewall firmware version SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4 ,

    Can you share the Case ID you have open with us?

    Adding to what rfcat_vk mentioned when this happens are you able to Ping for example 8.8.8.8, are you able to access the Firewall?

    Case ID : 03834275

    i got call from sophos technical support, they changed some setting in firewall and closed ticket.

    please check below screenshot, we get only hit from system, ipaddress not reflect. then how i can find and disconnect that pc from network. please check and advice.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

    So it seems they changed your Failover rule to find out if the Gateway is going down, and they also found you were being affected by NC-64984 which is resolved on MR5.

    About your question, you should be able to find more information about that system on the ips.log
