mail spool

hay

i have some email in mail spool i use sophos XG210 (SFOS 18.0.4 ) 

how can solve this problem

  • Assuming it worked before without any issues and retry doesn't work.

    If you are in MTA mode try setting it back to Legacy mode in Mail -> General settings and save. Change it back again to MTA and save. None of your settings need to be re-entered. Sophos will autocreate the firewall NAT rules. You might have double rules. Check if your email is released now.

    If so you can disable the autoadded rules and see if the mail is flowing again without any mail stuck.

    This worked for me after making some changes that I had to undo like routing inbound email tru the gateway.

  • I have changed mode MTA to legacy  Mode, it stilled  on mail spool
