Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition Boot Loop After Registration

I performed a fresh install of SFOS 18.0.4 on a mini-PC.  Everything went fine until I registered it and initiated license sync.  As soon as I did that, the firewall crashed and will not boot.  I connected a monitor and when it gets to the point that it says "Starting 18.0.4", the system restarts.  This is in an infinite loop.

    I've got the exact same problem (but with 18.0.5).  It runs absolutely fine until I enter the serial number.  I can't really see how it can be the SSD being faulty if it works perfectly happily unregistered.  I haven't got a spare SSD that I can swap it with at the moment unfortunately.

    Did you use the same serial number when after you changed to a different drive?

    What make/model drive did you replace it with?
