Sophos XG Quarantäne

Hello,

i am on Sophos XG verion 17.5. I have two questions about Sophos XG Quarantaine and the Quarantaine in the user portal.

Problem:1 

For example, if I want to block doc or excel attachments, then this works. But these attachments are not in the quarantine folder; the user only receives an email.
As an administrator, where can I share this attachment anyway? In the admin-Quarantaine this attachment not visible.

Problem 2:

Is it really normal that a normal user can release blocked attachments himself if there are blocked mails in his user portal?
This is very dangerous.

    You cannot release stripped attachment. They are gone. 

    Users should only be able to release spam content. This attachment are already scanned for content.

    But that is very weak!
So that means that if my users shouldn't receive Word attachments, then I can't share them with certain people after all?

    So I have to allow all attachments, because I may need an attachment after all?

    Thats the way its designed. XG + sandstorm can protect against malious attachments and you can filter the unwanted attachments (Exe etc.). 

    Another solution: Take a look at Central Email. This solution can do this and even more.
