Temporary error while accessing Sophos Central, please try again

Hi,

when i try to register my newly setup firewall with "Central synchronization" i get the error mentioned above.

What can i do to resolve this issue?

    Hi Tobias, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    Ensure that the default certificate in the firewall is filled and there's an active internet connection.

    Also you can login into SSH (Option 5 > Option 3) and check the log file /log/sophos-central.log while you try to register

  • It worked now. I don't know if i changed anything or if it was a problem on the server (sophos) side. Thank you anyways :)
