Need to recovery access to appliance

Hi team

Can someone help with to provide HW 17.5 iso image?

I search that for all sites and can't get the iso.

We need that for reinstalling appliances. Support ticket don't response is on queue for weeks

    Could you please provide your support case number? I will help you with the follow-up with the case. 

    The process of requesting an older firmware version that isn't available to download on the MySophos portal requires a support case. The support team can request the required firmware from the DCO team to provide the temporary link to download the firmware image.
