Firmware upgrade cannot be scheduled. Timezone information is not known.

trying to schedule installation of MR4 but getting error "Firmware upgrade cannot be scheduled. Timezone information is not known.. 

Timezone  (America/New_York) is even shown as the timezone. 

How do I get past this?

    Which Firmware version is currently installed? 

    The Timezone of XG will be send with MR3+ - So it has to be MR3 to upgrade it to MR4.
