trying to schedule installation of MR4 but getting error "Firmware upgrade cannot be scheduled. Timezone information is not known..

Timezone (America/New_York) is even shown as the timezone.

How do I get past this?

Which Firmware version is currently installed?

The Timezone of XG will be send with MR3+ - So it has to be MR3 to upgrade it to MR4.

scheduling problem was resolved by scheduling for next day. perhaps a bug?

Tried to recreate this, but my Firewalls can schedule same day.

I am Europe/Berlin Time zone.

I have also experienced this issue, like just moments ago... There appears to be an issue with scheduled updates feature of Sophos Central. If I choose a time that is 4hrs and 1m from current time it works, anything 4hrs and under I get the "Firmware upgrade cannot be scheduled. Timezone information is not known!!" error msg.

must be a little bug...
