Release Mails from quarantine

User can manage their own Allowed and blocked senders from the user portal under Email > Exception.

The links show a workaround, but do not indicate that it is actually a bug. If you receive an email with a link "release", you expect that when you click on the link, the email will be released from the quarantine.

In addition, I am surprised or annoyed that, in contrast to the SG, there is no button to whitelist precisely this mail in the quarantine digest mail or in the user portal directly for a mail in quarantine. Instead, you have to make a manual entry in the whitelist.

Hans, I've noticed the same thing (I have a customer that has been very vocal about this change)... I recommend you contact your Sophos Partner (or Channel Rep if you are a reseller) and voice your concern so that they can push this up the chain.  I've done the same.
