Not able to access the GUI and SSL VPN portal (intermittent)

Dear Support,

Kindly be informed that end user is facing issue with Sophos proxy, not able to access the GUI(with local ip address) and SSL VPN portal.

They inform, sometimes they able to connect to SSL VPN but sometime not able to accesss Web Gui and SSL VPN. Kindly advise us.

Sophos XG310 | Serial no.: C320ABH749WKGEF | SFOS 18.0.1 MR-1-Build396

I already open case with at support portal. But no respond
