GoTo Platform fails to connect

Hi,

I'm struggling with this one. Even tried an any any any rule from a single host and still blocked.

Have followed GoTo guidance on FW ports, domains and exceptions etc.

Any one managed to get it working?

What is the current firmware on your firewall? Could you please share more information about the current web proxy and application control configuration?

Did you try to configure the Any Any rule with no advanced filtering for testing?

Firmware is: XG230 (SFOS 18.0.1 MR-1-Build396)
Web proxy and App control are at defaults, although we've added policies and web exceptions

The any any rule has no filtering applied whatsoever.

Thank you for the update, is this rule on top of other rules?

Did you see any block page from the firewall? Or access blocked logs on the firewall?

What is the URL that you are trying to access?

Yes, the any any rule is top of the rule set.

No FW block page, but GoTo returns error 12007 when running the 'Opener' app.
