Hello! 
 We cannot find any details about 2 port 40GbE QSFP+ Flexi Port Module (for SG/XG 210 rev.3 & 230/3xx/4xx rev.2 only). Can anybody share more details about it?

Sophos does not offer 40 GBe transceivers. You have to purchase third party transceivers. 
 You can "downgrade" use 1 Gb in 10 GB modules. But not in all modules. Check the table of your Link.

Those are only the tested. Other one could work, but you need (unfortunately) test them by yourself.
